You never know were your talent can go!

The story begins with Raine's earliest memories, at the tender age of nine, recreating "no-bake cookies" from her very first recipe book, which she still has. These early experiments in the basement kitchen of her Canton, Ohio home,  sparked a lifelong passion for baking.

The journey continued as a single mother , moving from Fort Lauderdale back to Canton, Ohio in 1988. To earn money, she baked cut out cookies in her mothers home. Amidst overwhelming orders from the hospital where she and her son were born in, and her mother worked as a nurse, her culinary talents began to shine.

After the holiday she returned to South Florida with her  little one venturing into other talents. Raine later opened two different small bakeries in Pompano Beach, Florida dealing with business's where trial and error educated her.

As time passed they moved to  Celebration, Florida, a Disney created town. Raine embraced a new challenge: entering the National Pie Championship. Her remarkable skill led to her being featured on the ABC show "Life Moments" and subsequently on the Food Network. Her one pie entry  "Celebration Cheese Pie," named after the charming town, won First Place and Best in Show. For years, Raine continued to compete in the APC/Crisco National Pie competition, collecting 13 ribbons mainly first place. The event was filmed for many years playing on various networks.

Raine was later included in the World Food Championships were her friend  being in the top 23 each time in desserts for two years.

For Raine, the most fulfilling part of baking is witnessing the joy on people's faces as they savor her creations. "I love being able to watch people try the cookies; it assures me my work is "All that," she shares. She hopes that every bite from her recipe creations brings you a moment of pure delight, comfort, and sweet satisfaction, a true reflection of the passion and care baked into every treat. Some even bring back memories. Raine states that in this time of her life she is baking to share joy, be one of the best and just enjoy sharing smiles in her retirement. "It is not about being overwhelmed busy, I have done that and learned how to limit orders taken" Raine says. I learned many "stepping stones" over the years. So I just hope for a happy baking experience and a very happy customer!
