You never know were your hobbies can go!
The story begins with Raine's earliest memories, at the tender age of nine, recreating "no-bake cookies" from her very first recipe book, which she still has. These early experiments in the basement kitchen of her Canton, Ohio home, sparked a lifelong passion for baking.
The journey continued as Raine became a single mother , moving from Fort Lauderdale back to Canton, Ohio in 1988. To earn money she baked cut out cookies in her mothers home. Amidst overwhelming orders from the hospital where she and her son were born in, and her mother worked, her culinary talents began to shine.
During her relocating to South Florida with her almost 2 year old, she later opened a bakery in Pompano Beach, Florida. Time passed bringing them to live in Celebration, Florida a Disney created town. Raine embraced a new challenge: entering the National Pie Championship. Her remarkable skill led to her being featured on the ABC show "Life Moments" and subsequently on the Food Network. Her one pie entry "Celebration Cheese Pie," named after the charming town, won First Place and Best in Show. For years, Raine continued to compete in the APC National Pie collecting 13 ribbons mostly first place. The event t was filmed many years playing on networks over the years.
She was later included in two years of the World Food Championships were her friend and her came in the top 23 each time.

"I love being able to watch people try the cookies; it assures me my work is "all that," she shares. She hopes that every bite from her recipe creations brings you a moment of pure delight, comfort, and sweet satisfaction, a true reflection of the passion and care baked into every treat. Some even bring back memories.
